One thing at a time. And exactly when to leave.
Tripbrain runs your trip the way an ADHD brain needs it run. The right task at the right time, never a 60-item list, and a real answer to “when do I actually have to leave the house?”

Time blindness, solved
It works backwards from your flight.
Tell it when you take off. It adds how early to be at the airport, the drive, a buffer for the thing that always happens, and the time it takes you to get ready. Then it gives you two times: when to set the alarm, and when to walk out the door.
On travel day, Today turns into a live countdown and a door check: passport, wallet, phone, charger, meds, keys, one tap each.
- Alarm. 50 min to get ready.
- Out the door. 35 min drive plus a 20 min ADHD buffer.
- At the airport, 3 hours before an international flight.
- Flight to Lisbon departs.
What’s inside
Every screen answers one ADHD problem.
One thing only
Today shows the next task and three small ones. Focus mode hides everything else.
Seven stages
40+ ready-made tasks appear in the stage they belong to, from three weeks out to the week home.
Nothing turns red
Missed something? It moves forward quietly into the stage you’re in. No catching up.
Don’t-forget five
Passport, wallet, charger, meds, glasses, pinned above a packing list that counts nights for you.
Safe to spend today
What’s left divided by the days left, with one-tap spend buttons. An expensive day adjusts the rest.
Brain dump
Type any thought in a second. Sort it into a task, the packing list or a day later, or never.

The countdown
Only the stage you’re in.
Planning, two weeks out, the week before, the night before, travel day, away, and the week home. Tripbrain opens the one you’re standing in and keeps the rest closed.
- Passport, entry-rule and airport tasks only when you’re flying abroad
- Add your own tasks to any stage
- The week home, which nobody else plans

Money
Know what’s safe to spend.
Your spending money for the trip, in the trip’s currency. Each morning your share is what’s left divided by the days left. On day 3 of the sample Lisbon trip, that’s €83.50 still safe to spend today.
- + Coffee, + Lunch, + Tram: one tap to log it
- A rough “at home” amount at your own exchange rate
- Spending by kind, and a CSV when you’re home

Packing, days and bookings
Pack once. Forget nothing.
Tick things off in five-minute bursts and it remembers. Plan three things a day, keep rest days empty on purpose, and copy any confirmation code at the check-in desk with one tap.
- Sets for beach, cold weather, work and long flights
- A room sweep before you check out
- Every booking in one place, addresses open in Maps

Questions
Good to know.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use it?
No. It’s for anyone who plans a trip for months and still packs at 1 am.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, on iPhone, Android, tablets and computers, in Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Add it to your Home Screen and it opens like an app, even without signal.
Does it book flights or connect to anything?
No. You add your own bookings and confirmation codes. Nothing connects to airlines or hotels, and nothing is uploaded.
Can I use it on two devices?
Each browser keeps its own trips. Save a backup file on one and restore it on the other.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The free preview shows Maya and Jo’s sample trip to Lisbon. Look around as much as you like; you need the unlock code to plan your own.
